Service Payments:

Initial Consultation Free
50% deposit to start small sites
50% balance paid before launch

Estimates are based on per page basis and all content including text and
graphics.

First deposit fee includes the initial design of your home page pending your
approval

Extra request made after initial design resulting in re-designing will incur
additional fees paid up front

Website Promotion Services:

A minimum fee of $25 per hour charged for site promotion on blogs, social networking websites, bookmarking websites, etc.
A minimum fee of $25 per hour charged for forms, letterheads, and business cards designed off your new website.

Website Maintenance Fees:

Website maintenance fees are billable for every hour or half hour required to maintain and update your site including additional
text and graphics.
If special request are needed, please contact me a head of time for discussion.
A minimum fee of $25 is charged even if your website update takes less time. Changing graphics and editing html can be time
consuming even for small changes.
There will be no fees charged for website support during or after your website is launched.

Designing a website can encounter a number or variables. Our estimates may differ depending on your actual website design, the
content of your website, the amount of text and graphics needed for your website, and special request needed to complete your
website. Some websites are more complex than others and therefore will incur more charges.
Your method of delivering the required content (text, graphics, etc.) for designing your website may also incur more charges and
alter the time frame needed to launch your website. Example: If you email your content to me versus mailing it to me on a cd/dvd
would be more efficient and enable me to have your website launched in a more timely manner.
No one can guarantee your website will be listed on the first page or ranked #1 in any search engine. This is an ongoing and time
consuming process that requires a lot of website promotion and regular website updates to keep your website fresh.
Our clients reserve the right to purchase their own domain names and setup their own hosting accounts. By using your own
preferred services you will have to give us your access to your account administration for uploading your website or we can either
email the website to you or mail it to you on cd/dvd. The choice is yours.
Our free services for domain name purchases and hosting account setup will be through our preferred hosting company
Godaddy. I have been using Godaddy services for many years and give them the highest rating possible for quality and customer

Mountain Creek Web Design Fees:

Designing a website can encounter many variables. Each site should be unique in
design and layout to best suit your needs. The actual estimates made for
designing a website will be based on the amount of content and graphics needed
for your website. The fee schedule below is for basic static web design only
without encountering any of those variables. Should you have certain request, I
will do my best to accommodate you and bring your web presence online with the
up most creativity and optimization. Remember, these fees are estimates only
based on average websites. Terms can be negotiated depending on your website
design, size, and content. Online stores requiring shopping carts, catalogs, and
merchants accounts will be billed at $25 per hour extra depending on size.

We prefer to keep our billing safe and simple
for our clients by using PayPal, the safest
online payment solution. If you prefer to use
other options, please let us know.

If you prefer to pay by check your check must
clear our bank before your website is launched.
Other payments options can also be made.

Godaddy Hosting/Domains:

$100 per year up front on
average to purchase your
domain name and hosting
account. Bulk/Combo pricing
may result in discounts which
will be credited to your site.
Setting up these services
and email accounts are free.
